Payment Policy

FIT Bookings:
For bookings made:

21 days or more before arrival:

30% deposit to confirm booking
40% payable on arrival
30% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

10 to 20 days before arrival:

40% deposit to confirm booking
40% payable on arrival
20% payable 2 days before the end of the stay

7 to 9 days before arrival:

50% deposit to confirm booking
50% payable on arrival

GIT Bookings:

Rs. 5,000 – Token amount to block booking (non-refundable; booking remains tentative till received)
30% of package cost – Pay on cut-off date (booking confirmed subject to minimum group size; non-payment may lead to seat release)
50% of package cost – Pay 2 days before departure (required to secure all arrangements; delay may lead to cancellation without refund)
20% balance – Pay before tour ends (pending dues must be cleared for smooth completion of services)

Cancellation Policy

For FIT Bookings:
For cancellations made:

21 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost
10 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost
7 to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total package cost
24 to 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

For GIT Bookings:

Token amount: Non-refundable
After cut-off date: 30% cancellation charges
Within 2 days of departure: 80% cancellation charges
No show / mid-tour cancellation: 100% charges

Important Notes

### Terms & Conditions
1. **Package Amendments:** Changes to confirmed itineraries are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. **Hotel Availability:** All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
3. **Cancellations:** Cancellation policies of the respective hotel, airline, or service provider will apply. Only written confirmations are valid; verbal commitments are not binding.
4. **Refunds:** No refunds will be provided for cancellations or unused services due to bad weather, landslides, natural calamities, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or other unforeseen/force majeure events. Unused services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. **Vehicle Services:** Transport is provided as per the confirmed itinerary on a point-to-point basis. AC may be switched off in hill areas. We are not responsible for transport cancellations caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
6. **Additional Nights:** Extra nights required due to illness, flight delays/cancellations, or other unavoidable circumstances will be charged separately at applicable hotel rates.
7. **TCS – International Packages:** TCS will apply as per Government of India regulations and is generally 5% of the package cost, subject to applicable tax rules and adjustment/refund through ITR.
8. **GIT Departure Policy:** Group departures are subject to the minimum guaranteed passenger count and final confirmation after the cut-off date. Pricing and services may vary based on the final group size. If the minimum strength is not met, the company may reschedule, offer an alternate date, convert the tour to FIT with revised pricing/inclusions, or process a refund as per applicable policies. Once confirmed, standard cancellation and vendor policies apply.
